OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and other providers have their own terms and pricing — those are your responsibility. Nexvexa is not an intermediary in your billing relationship with them.

The software does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee profits. All decisions and consequences of automation, signals, and trade actions remain the user's responsibility. User confirmation may be required for critical operations.
6. Explicit consent and records
Before site access, explicit consent may be recorded with timestamp, IP address, user-agent, and consent version for legal compliance and security purposes.
