Summary

Nexvexa Agent is a terminal app focused on local control. Your code, chat history and API keys are managed on your machine by default. This site (nexvexa.pro) is used for product information and downloads.

Site-side data

Server logs: Standard Apache access logs (IP, browser, requested page). Removed within 30 days.
Contact form: The name, email and message you submit at /contact reach hello@nexvexa.pro; stored only to reply.
Download counter: /api/download.php only increments a global counter; no personal data.
Cookies: Only a localStorage entry (nx-theme) for your theme preference. No cookies.
Mandatory consent record: Explicit pre-access consent is logged with timestamp, IP, user-agent, consent version, and verification hash for legal compliance and security.

Application-side data

Nexvexa Agent never sends telemetry off your machine. It talks directly to the LLM provider you configured (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Ollama); none of those requests pass through our servers.

Optional cloud developer account

You do not need an account to use the terminal app. If you voluntarily sign up for the developer dashboard for B2B or integrations, we may store on our servers: your email address, platform (integration) key metadata (label, prefix, revocation time), daily usage counters, and session-related technical records. This is separate from LLM or exchange API keys you configure inside the Agent. Status endpoint: developer API health; terms: API terms.

Third parties

LLM providers: Only the ones you choose. We recommend reading their privacy policies separately.
GitHub: Optional, for issues / discussions.
Telegram (optional): If you set a bot token, the app talks to Telegram bot API.
