Kuralin tetiklemeden once yaptiklari
- Sandbox profili kontrol edilir; izinsizler atlanir.
- Network policy uygulanir (allowedDomains).
- Olusan istek < 30s sure ile timeout\'a takilir.
- Tetiklenince mesaj agent\'a gonderilir, gerekirse Telegram\'a kopyalanir.
